Research On The Group-based School-running Of Compulsory Education Under The Background Of High-quality And Balanced Development

With the rapid development of social economy,people pursuit of a better life in education is embodied in the pursuit of high quality education.The group running of compulsory education has become an effective means to promote the balanced development of educational resources and solve the problem of "school choice fever".The collectivized running of compulsory education refers to the educational community formed by two or more schools in different forms in the stage of compulsory education.After years of practice and development,the compulsory education group has presented a variety of modes,such as new districts run by famous schools,trusteeship of famous schools,weak schools assisted by famous schools and school district alliance.Combined with the current situation of compulsory education group running school in Hefei,this paper selects several schools as samples and tries to propose solutions to some problems existing in the group running school by means of literature,interview,questionnaire and observation.The research shows five problems : insufficient supply of high-quality resources and serious homogenization of schools;The system and mechanism of teacher turnover is not perfect;The internal governance system of collectivized schools needs to be further refined.The sharing of teaching resources is not ideal;Campus culture construction is not enough;Coordinated development is not strong enough and so on.To better promote the balanced development of the school quality,promoting the development of the compulsory education collectivization school-running integration path mainly include:highlight school school idea,improve the system of teachers' communication,promote the school's own management efficiency,to strengthen the construction of school culture and sharing curriculum research results.
