Basic education is very important for the individual and the country. It is closely related to people’s life. Teachers are important molecules in education. Teachers’ living conditions are not only related to the healthy of the teaching system, but also the development of students. This is why we study the survival state of the primary school graduating classes’ teachers. This thesis can not only make us learn a lot about teachers’ teaching present situation, but also observe the real facts of our primary school education.Through the observation of the reality and the related evaluation of literature analysis, we found that the pass rate of the graduation classes has become an important indicator of primary school teaching quality assessment. As everyone knows that the performance of the graduating classes is a leading indicator of school teaching quality. For this reason the school administers have to go out of their way in order to get a high assessment in the teaching quality evaluation. Then they could build a stronger image for their school. This thesis makes a systematic elaboration of some parts of teachers’ living conditions such as physical conditions, psychological conditions and their behaviors.This thesis is mainly based on the cases and the interview records. The main contents of the study can be summarized as follows:the organization’s status, working status, living status and psychological state. On the other hand, this thesis explores the external cause of teachers’ living conditions through some typical events happened on some cases. This thesis will also provide a way for us to understand the management style in elementary school and the teachers’ survival condition in it.
