The role of class teacher plays an important part in school work which works as the main instuctor of students'moral education.The good or bad quality of class teachers'work is related to studetsgrownth.The head teacher among school,parents and the classroom teacher palys a bridge.Class teachers' work is a complex professional work,coupled with the integration of unbran and rural development in our country,and also with the networking of information technology,which brings great impact and challenge to the class teacher in rural areas.Facing the reality problem of the rural villages,we must pay more attention to the existence state of the rural class teachers.This study uses a questionnaire survery and interview methods to investigate the survival outlook of this town.The questionnarie and interview reseach are carried out in three aspects:material,spiritual and professional devolopment.The following problems exsit in the condition of the head teacher in the primary school of this area:the working condition needed to be improved,and plenty of the class headteachers aren't recongnize the current office or teaching environment;the basic welfare of the class teachers is satisfactory in the primary school of this village,but they don't satified with their salary;there has arranged an unreasonable wrokload and single reward system.The head teachers of their sprits condition also has some probles:The middle age class teachers is more tired than the young class teacher,the young head teachers has good work accumulation which laceks the meathod of work;the class teachers of youth is over great pressure and has unstable feelings,spiritual life is seriously lack in the countryside.This situation of the rural primary school has good level but they should improve the knowledge of class management system;the mode of professional schools is single in this rural primary school,and also training content and effect are not good.In view of the actual problems of class teachers in rural primary schools exists;the study gives 6 suggestions from educational executive,school and the class of headteachers themselves:Frist of all,educational managers shoule pay attention to the actual life needs of class teachers in rural areas,enchance their humanistic concern.And pay also attention to the growth of class teachers at all time;Secondly,adjust the structure of rural teachers,establish a good people oriented working envirnoment,and inject new blood into rural education;Third,the school should improve the post-service training environment for the professional growth of class teachers,and build basical training platform for headteachers;Fourth,the school'd better hold more activies in order to improve the group of class teachers and so as to strenghen the belief and learning awareness in the work of the head teachers,the school also adapts rotation system or a certain rural service system;Fifthly,the Class teachers should strenghten the boby's conciousness of life,and the head teachers should adjust themselves and relieve their pressure actively;The last but not least,teacher in charge should be in reasonable location,define their responsibility and build good attitude to lifelong learning.
