Born in the early 20th century, electrifying education developed with the reformation of education and improvement of instruction and was widely used in the mass education. In domestic exiting study on electrifying education or the mass education, the identity of views is that the beginning of electrifying education and the mass education are closely related and the electrifying education was as a tool in the presence of the mass education promotion. What’s more, these study disscusses the opinions of educators such as Tao Xingzhi, Shu Xincheng and Gu Jianchen on the relationship between the mass education and electrifying education. Besides, they also make the conclusion that the popular education museums and the administrative organs have impact on the electrifying education. But all of these research is not narrative. The relationship between electrifying education and the promotion of mass education in the period of Republic of China is not only one-way but also mutual. This article is based on a large number of historical facts, focuses on exploring the interaction between the period of the Republic of China electrifying education and the mass education promotion and aims to sum up the suggestion that is helpful for today educational technology to serve the society education.This thesis mainly uses the literature method, the historical method and the case study method and tries to on the basis of abundant historical materials. On the one hand, by reference to electrifying education, this thesis talks about the concrete application of electrifying education in the mass education promotion. On the other hand, by reference to the mass education, the thesis analyses the mass education promotion has explicit and implicit effect on electrifying education. Based on this, this paper outline highlights. The thesis is divided into four parts. Part 1 is the analysis of electrifying education and the mass education to promote the collision in history, from the birth of the source of electrifying education, development path and leader. Part 2 explores the electrifying education in the mass education, first of all, from the psychological construction of clarify, the use of electrifying education in the mass education promotion received question. And then it talks about the specific use of electrifying education in the mass education promotion in three aspects including the educational films, educational broadcasting, slideshow use. Part 3 in turn does the research that the mass education promotion has explicit and implicit effect on the development of electrifying education. Part 4 is a summary which electrifying and the mass education promotion develops for the mutual role and a suggestion about today educational technology how to service to the social education.
