In recent years, interactive whiteboard with its collection of advantages of blackboard and traditional media, in basic education schools have been widely used. Interactive electronic whiteboard software provides interactive multimedia resources, and makes the teaching more convenient and flexible, enhance the interaction between teachers and students. Junior high school mathematics is a discipline that requires high on logical thinking and abstract thinking, the use of the interactive whiteboard in junior high school mathematics teaching can just abstract issues concrete. but the applications of interactive whiteboard in specific of mathematics teaching did not achieve the desired effect.This paper focuses on the application strategy of interactive electronic whiteboard in junior high school mathematics teaching, hopes the research can provide a useful reference to others. The specific work is as follows: First, the author conducted a questionnaire survey of junior middle school on mathematics teachers and students, the main obstacles in application of interactive electronic whiteboard in the rural junior middle school in mathematics, mainly reflected in the teacher training, lack of interactive electronic whiteboard operation and making courseware, teachers’ use of interactive electronic whiteboard understanding insufficiency and misunderstanding in the teaching, failed to give full play to the advantages of interactive electronic whiteboard interactive. Second, aiming at these problems, the author put forward strategies on strengthen the teacher-student interactive electronic whiteboard operation training, teachers pay more attention to the interactive electronic whiteboard is complementary with traditional teaching media and teaching mode in the teaching design, teachers’ interactive advantage highlight the interactive electronic whiteboard in the teaching, the use of interactive electronic whiteboard for evaluation and reflection, solve the problem of interactive electronic whiteboard application problems in the mathematical problems in the rural junior middle school. Third, after the strategy is proposed and implemented, the author conducted a questionnaire survey, the survey results, and with the strategy proposed comparative analysis of survey results before the math statistics, experimental and control class students in the period were compared and analyzed, to verify the effectiveness of the proposed strategies.
