We have a total of 114 days holidays per year since 1999 when we add our weekends and statutory holidays. That is one-third of the time spent in leisure hours per person per year. Increased leisure time is a sign of social progress, but this is not used to test people’s living conditions, quality of life, mental attitude agents, "How to be casual" is a sign of improved quality of life. Throughout the course of development of adult education, more emphasis has been the object of education to adapt to the job requirements, while ignoring the object of education for leisure adaptation. Adult education in today’s society in order to meet professional needs for the purpose, have largely ignored the role of leisure in adults. Adult Education Science sustainable development of leisure education and vocational education should be in the same position, It should also meet the needs of leisure while meeting the needs of the profession.Based on the existing adult leisure education comparative analysis and surveys, we found that the reality of the demand for adult education and leisure, and what factors affect adults Leisure education, what we can do to help adults be better Leisure Education, proposed for solving the above problems Related path and countermeasures, and propose appropriate safeguards.This paper is divided into four chapters, the first chapter, the background, mainly from the level of development of the productive forces, the essence of education and education functions, leisure lag angle, discusses the need for adult education and leisure, outlining the purpose and significance of this paper. The fourth chapter, the characteristics of the existing mode of leisure education comparative analysis of the existing situation of adult education and leisure questionnaire analysis, comprehensive analysis of the results of the two, pointing out the problem of existing adult leisure education facing specific implementation methods and paths strategy, and propose appropriate safeguards.I concluded that adult active and healthy lifestyle and unity of knowledge should be promoted in order to solve our problems in adult education and leisure through comparative analysis. Self-realization of comprehensive development; the lack of casual education, leisure education lags behind, social and environmental constraints are the main reasons for the slow development of the human’s casual education; have scientific concept of Leisure, enhance recreation quality, develop capacity of leisure, clean leisure misunderstanding, develop curriculum system, play a social and cultural functions, create an environment methods and strategies in Leisure Education establish an effective solution of adult problems in leisure education.
