Creativity is the soul of teaching wisdom, and creative teaching is a two-way symbiosis of art in teaching and learning. It not only affects the teachers’ teaching quality, more have important meaning to teacher’s teaching life. Education development to today, more important is how to stimulate students’ creativity in learning knowledge at the same time, and cultivates creative talents, which requires teachers dare to teaching with creativity, and experience the vitality and the value of life in combine with theory and practice. Therefore, no matter teachers and students, teaching or learning, creative teaching is a very meaningful research subject.Aimed at the plight that teaching lack of creativity, this study focus on teachers’ creative teaching process, adopt the method of narrative research. Try to explore a teaching creative teacher is how to carry out the teaching, where the teaching ideas come form, this creative teaching can provide what kind of experiences for reference for other teachers.This study focus on teachers’ creative teaching process, originated from the author’s confusion about major and research, goes through the creative teaching of "Lost-Find-Road-Dimension -Think" five research processes, deep excavate and meditate constantly in the process of contact with the object of study, to find the result. Exploring creative teaching in observation and interviews, and using the Triangulation method to "deep description" for the three aspects of story and fact that teacher S’s life experience, teaching situation, and her creative concept. Find the origin factors and characteristics about the creative teaching of teacher S in the retell and understanding. Finally return to myself during the course of the entire study and get inspiration and research of regret from reflect the creative teaching, and put forward the suggestions.Through the above analysis, I found that the creative teaching is integrated into the natural growth course of teachers’ life and thought, the characteristics of experience, generating, synaesthesia, openness which reflected by her creative teaching exist in the form of a silent, with remarkable spontaneity, it is a thinking and pursuit for teaches to education significance and the meaning of life. So, this study has no intention to present a universal theory, also not entertain a wild hope to get a wide range of identity by a small sample, but provide the experience of reference and significance of looking for to the others which on the "road". Brookfield once said:"the deepest influenced paper for teacher is that from teachers’ growth course as a springboard for extensive analysis". The author hopes this study can play a role of encouragement and promotion for teachers’ creative teaching, and let the more "he" to see their own today and future.
