| Nowadays,job burnout is a concern in such a fast-paced life.It moves in all walks of life,among which teachers engaged in the education industry also suffer from it.As far as teachers are concerned,the work results brought by education are lagging and hidden,so the results cannot be seen immediately.Once the teachers feel that the pay and return are not proportional to the long-term work,they will lose enthusiasm and responsibility for work,and then increase the risk of job burnout.Especially for preschool teachers engaged in preschool education,job burnout is diluted with their passion and love,together with three one-child policy is open,there are more and more children in kindergarten,preschool teachers at this moment not only by society gives higher expectations,also should undertake the task of wang and pay for preschool education cause its own resources and energy.With the acceleration of the pace of education,they lose the ideal and ambition of becoming a teacher in all aspects of pressure,and eventually inevitably produce fatigue symptoms of energy exhaustion,emotional apathy and reduced sense of achievement.Using the method of educational narrative research,this study takes the career journey of teacher X(pseudonym),a preschool teacher,as the main line.First,it traces the psychological changes of the protagonist in teaching,and then explores the reasons for her burnout.Finally,the reflective countermeasures are extracted according to her experience of overcoming burnout dilemma.Based on this,in addition to the introduction,the author divides the article into the following four parts.The first part is teacher X’s growing background.The background of her growth is briefly and concisely explained by the timeline of her family of origin,study,job hunting and the kindergarten she teaches at present.The second part is teacher X’s growth story,which mainly includes four chapters: beautiful vision,confusion and wandering,burnout and overcoming difficulties.It tells the story of the hero who first experienced the beginning of the workplace,smug passion;Second,experienced mechanical work,family changes in a chicken feather;Experienced the pressure of promotion and real life again;Finally experienced the return to self,release the heart of the emotional code.The whole story shows how she went from a career bottleneck of exhaustion,emotional apathy and low fulfillment to a life of energy,harmonious human interaction and enhanced fulfillment.In other words,how did Teacher X go from job burnout to career happiness? The third part analyzes the causes of teacher X’s job burnout.It is mainly based on the theory of recognition of justice,supplemented by the theory of conservation of resources to explore the influencing factors behind.The fourth part is teacher X’s reflection on overcoming burnout dilemma.First in the third part of the reason analysis of the influencing factors as the benchmark,and then diagnostic reflection to extract countermeasures and suggestions for peer preschool education workers to decompress.Finally,the author focuses on applying the theory of recognition justice to analyze and conclude that job burnout caused teacher X’s difficult situation in her career,such as the consumption of love,the weakness of rights and the decline of achievements.Fortunately,in order to get out of the vortex of job burnout,Teacher X took the initiative to reflect on herself and seek outside help.Finally,she bravely overcame the vortex of job burnout,which was embodied in three aspects: return of confidence,self-esteem of rights and pride of achievements. |
