| Elementary student’s healthy growth has always been the main points of the attention from all walks of life. Because students spent most time in school, their only chance to exercise is to "play" in physical education, so that the quality of physical education should be field each leadership attaches great importance to. In a school, led by the principal organizations at all levels of decision-making and management for the size of the school affairs, so the principal of the school sports work attitude can affect the development of school sports work. Check related research found that some scholars often use the headmaster’s sports attitude as the key factor affecting the development of school sports, but they are not a detailed analysis to the headmaster’s sports attitude. This study was to understand the long xi’an primary school real sports attitude and its influencing factors, is expected to force of school sports development into a little.Xi’an, Shaanxi Province Based on 21 ordinary elementary school principals and municipal key province questionnaire and interviews 6 elementary school principals, teachers and sports base 10 two education sector leadership, combined with fieldwork and methods of observation, and ultimately a comprehensive understanding of elementary school principals understanding and attitudes towards physical education, as well as to explore the main factors affecting the attitude of the principal sports.It shows that:1st, the elementary schoolmasters share a positive attitude to physical education. The schoolmasters’ sports cognition gets the highest level, behavior intention followed, and emotion gets the lowest, which is still higher than the theoretical situation of medium level of 2.5. So that most elementary schoolmasters’sports attitude is generally positive. 2nd, Xi’an elementary schoolmasters mind school sports displayed as followed five aspects:individual exercise, school sports teachers’training, sports extracurricular activities, physical health of students, funding to carry out sports.3rd, There are still two problems:one is the lack of organization to general physical education teachers of Xi "an elementary school, the other is the size of Xi" an elementary school special sports fields.4th, six kinds of reasons that elementary schoolmasters minding school physical education are that the need of schoolmasters’sports cognition and actions, the needs of the ability to handle the sports injury correctly, education department leadership attaches great importance to schools’sports work, the need of physical education teachers to finish the work seriously, the need of the supporting of students’ parents to the school sports work, and the school sports teams need to improve schools’ reputations.Through the study and put forward the following Suggestions:continue to strengthen our country’s support for the elementary school sports work; Continue to strengthen the support for the elementary school sports work; Suggested that the teacher actively cooperate with the elementary school sports work; Start from the parents, and gradually eliminate social prejudice against school sports. |
