In recent years, the problem of the burden of homework after school has become a hot issue in primary and middle school education in our country. Under the new round of basic education reform and the new concept of the guidance, a lot of researchers, began to pay attention to the new curriculum reform mode of operation design. At the same time, the author also paid attention to the hot problems in the field of education, and combining with his own practice experience, where their practice teaching mode of the school as an example, study the new curriculum change mode of junior high school math homework design, group of five modes of cooperation under the junior high school math homework design.Under the background of a new round of curriculum reform, the author through access to information and references to understand the design work, after-school homework, the meaning of related concepts, and through analysis of the current new curriculum reform model and their practical experience summed up the definition of a group of five modes of cooperation under the job design:junior high school students in Teachers’ presupposition and guided, according to have some knowledge or hardware conditions around a subject knowledge, seeking autonomy or construct the answer to the math homework, students in to complete the work in the process of gradually develop observation, ask questions, learn through a variety of means to explain or solve the problem of logical thinking ability. This is the first question this paper addresses.. The second research question is:in constructivism, multiple intelligence theory, understanding the affordability of the theory, "learning by doing" theory, "try error" theory, combined with the operation of the design purpose principle, moderate principle, diverse principle, level principle, according to the course standard, teaching objectives, teaching content, we proposed a group of five modes of cooperation are under the framework of the junior middle school mathematics homework design and the framework are described in detail. Finally, this paper discusses the practical effect of the design of junior middle school mathematics homework by comparing different job design patterns and investigation and research.
