Group learning, which is a kind of new teaching mode, is different from the traditionalteaching mode. In order to meet the requirements of the new curriculum reform, teachersshould return the class to students.With the deepening of the implementation of new curriculum reform, more and morejunior middle school mathematics teachers try to use group learning teaching mode in class.However, different teachers have different teaching results. Some teachers think that theteaching mode is not only beneficial to optimize the class, but can cultivate students’cooperation spirit and innovation ability. In addition, some teachers think the mode willencounter many difficulties in the implementation of teaching progress, which will affect theirteaching results. Through my three-year mathematics teaching practice and the experience ofgroup learning teaching mode, I have some confused feelings. So I, together with a line ofmathematics teachers, further explore the group learning teaching mode of junior high school.This paper is divided into four parts. Each part of the main content is as follow:The first part is an introduction. It includes how to put forward the problems, thediscussion and review and analysis of the relevant concepts of group learning, the theoreticalbasis of this research and the ideas and methods of the paper.The second part is mainly about the introduction of my cases about group learningteaching mode in the junior middle school. It also includes teaching reflection after using theteaching mode. This part gives four group learning cases about how to operate the teachingmode. Two teaching cases are applied in class teaching situation, the other two cases areapplied in the situation of the extracurricular teaching. It is worth mentioning that three casesin four successfully use the group learning teaching model in junior middle schoolmathematics teaching and performs the function of the model. The mode fully inspires thestudents’ active learning, strengthen the students’ consciousness of cooperation andcommunication and cultivate the students’ spirit of exploration and innovation. But there aresome problems in the use of the teaching mode in the remaining case. It can’t improvestudents’ learning effects and strengthened students’ confidence in learning mathematics. Sothe last case doesn’t have a good effect in this teaching mode. The third part mainly discusses the junior middle school mathematics group learningsituations. First of all, a questionnaire survey was conducted among150students, who werefrom the ninth middle school in Haikou and the third middle school in Wan Ning. Then Iindividually interviewed five teachers from Haikou and Wan Ning. Through interview andquestionnaire analysis results, I knew that the main factors which affect the grouping learningresults are caused by teachers and students.The fourth part mainly expounds the existing problems in junior high school grouplearning teaching mode, and put forward corresponding suggestions in view of the problems.The existing problems are as follow. First, students lack of understanding of cooperativelearning. Second, students randomly grouped themselves. Third, students’ participation andcooperation are not enough. Fourth, students’ cooperation content is inappropriate. Fifth,students can’ t grasp cooperation time correctly. And the suggestions are as follow. First, weshould improve the students’ cooperative learning. Second, we should divide the students intogroups properly. Third, teachers should play all kinds of roles in teaching. Fourth, teachersshould choose proper cooperation content. Fifth, teachers should seriously study the teachingmaterial and be good at capturing the expression of students. I hope these suggestions canhelp those teachers who are willing to try and research group learning teaching mode. I alsohope these suggestions can make group learning become an efficient teaching mode andimprove students learning effects. The last are references.I believe that a line of mathematics teachers and education workers constantly exploreand practice. The junior middle school mathematics grouping learning teaching modelresearch will become better and better.
