In reading, on the basis of the strategic target, strategic themes: reading "adhere to the people-oriented, quality-oriented education is strategic themes in the development of education reform, is to implement the party’s education policy, the requirements of the core is to solve what person, how to cultivate people’s major issues, the key is for the students, promote the all-round development of students, enhance stu-dent service country people’s sense of social responsibility, the enterprising innovation spirit and problem-solving ability of practice." (data from "China") combined with edu-cation of higher education the truth now, can sense the state into a period of the devel-opment of information society, the education modernization, the talented person quality trend of modern education in the higher education in the urged the jog.At present, flip the class teaching mode has been gradually known as, it acceler-ates the pace of education informatization at home and abroad, it is also because of its advantages, some of the classroom and the school at home and abroad have adopted the teaching mode of teaching design theory and practice research. This study from the perspective of talent cultivation of higher education and educating, selecting with interdisciplinary penetration characteristics of liberal arts in higher mathematics as an example, combined with the flip classroom teaching mode, from the teaching theory, learning theory and communication theory point of view, relying on the teaching practice of local colleges and universities to local action research, in education under the guidance of the concept of modernization, explore the cultivating model to optimize the higher education.First, consult relevant flip classroom teaching concept, to read, analyze, review, turn deep understanding to the present situation of the application of the classroom, flip the classroom research status at home and abroad, using the reverse classroom teaching mode, teaching design, the technology and principle of relying on the liberal art of higher mathematics, the author combined with the software and hardware conditions of the local colleges and universities, design, development, teaching cases, and put it into teaching practice.Then, using the method of literature research and questionnaire survey to the lib-eral arts to study the importance of higher mathematics course and education function, understand the arts the general teaching of higher mathematics, in combination with the actual situation of the western universities and colleges of undergraduate course, analy-sis the situation of the students, designed questionnaire to understand current teaching situation, to prepare for the next step of teaching design.Finally, on the base of reading literature and materials reserve relevant theoreti-cal knowledge of teaching design, flip the classroom teaching mode and the liberal arts in higher mathematics teaching goal, choose the limit of the unary function calculus part and indefinite integral part carries on the analysis and design, the development of spe-cific practice case, carries on the practice and summary, finally turn to contrast experi-ment results show the classroom in raise the level of liberal arts in higher mathematics teaching in terms of potential, expected to flip the classroom teaching mode into the arts will promote the teaching design of advanced mathematics, and ultimately achieve re-form liberal arts teaching of higher mathematics, really qualified to the nation of a new generation of all-round development of high-quality talent.
