Scientific inquiry because of the unique role in cultivating students’ scientific literacy has become an important way of teaching the curriculum reform advocated, but also become a breakthrough in the new curriculum reform. The author, after a review of a large number of Chinese Journal Full-text Database (CNKI) in a variety of literature on the "bio-scientific inquiry," the theme of the class, found in previous studies, there is no specific textbook on biological activities of the various topics and explore strategies to improve depth study. In addition, the author found during teaching practice, in the classroom, teaching inquiry has not been well represented and implemented. Therefore, our high school biology class standard requirements for materials exploration activities, "Molecular and Cellular" module scientific inquiry activity analysis and interpretation, application of various sections of the survey and analysis of the teaching situation and the "Molecular and Cellular" Module scientific inquiry activity As a research strategy.In this study, literature analysis, survey, comparative analysis and content analysis and other research methods were studied. Using comparative analysis of PEP high school biology textbook "Molecular and Cellular" in all kinds of exploration activities have been studied, the results obtained:frequency of occurrence, "Molecular and Cellular" in all kinds of exploration activities, the level and characteristics vary. Using the survey method, "Molecular and Cellular" in the exploration activities of teaching practice research, the findings obtained a teachers teaching in biological organisms to carry out exploration activities basic with favor, but the implementation part of the research activities of a lack of understanding, and requires higher education development to provide a relaxed voice, lack of teachers to explore their own practice; 2, students have quite different interests and applications for each column, the low proportion of inquiry column understanding. Using content research, scientific inquiry related literature research on various types of exploration activities section of the application is given the appropriate strategies and teaching cases.Analyze and summarize the findings, the following conclusions. First, give advice on the exploration activities:1, the preparation of materials for biological advice: explore the extension and expansion of resources, and appropriate integration of textbooks exploration activities; 2, the biology teacher’s advice:keep and cultivate students’ interest strengthen the teaching, practice, so that students maintain active learning enthusiasm. Then all kinds of exploration activities section of the application is given the appropriate strategies and teaching cases in the teaching process, so that teachers can reasonably take advantage of local educational resources in a reasonable trade-off exploration activities to develop or, in a limited class in the curriculum standards required to follow scientific inquiry, and thus better manage materials.
