High school biology curriculum is an important part of science education,it plays an important role in promoting the all-round development of students.The basic idea of advocating inquiry learning was clearly pointed out in the standard high school biology curriculum issued by the ministry of education in 2003.Focus on arousing students' desire for knowledge by carrying out inquiry learning,change the way of learning,to make the students to acquire knowledge,learn the methods of science,thus promoting all-round development.therefore,Inquiry teaching has received the attention of many educators as a new way of education.The compilation of textbooks is based on curriculum standards,many scientific inquiry columns have been set up in the senior high school biology textbook,it is the most direct basis for teachers to carry out inquiry teaching.This article takes the scientific inquiry column of "molecules and cells" as the object of study,on the basis of deeply mining the contents of scientific inquiry column,This paper analyzes the implementation of the scientific inquiry program of biology class in high school,the strategies of using these columns are also discussed,in order to promote the better development of scientific inquiry activities.This paper consists of six parts.The first part is the introduction.Firstly,the background and research status of the thesis are briefly introduced,then it explains the main contents and innovation points of the research,the purpose,significance and research methods of the study are also expounded.The second part is the overview and theoretical basis of scientific inquiry activities.First of all,the meaning,characteristics,types and opening level of scientific inquiry are briefly discussed,it also explains the theoretical basis of inquiry teaching.The third part is the resource analysis of scientific inquiry column in molecular and cell.First of all,the scientific inquiry column in biology compulsory course one textbook of high school of human education edition was counted,then it analyzes the eight scientific inquiry columns in the textbook from the aspects of structure and content,such as discussion,thinking and discussion,data analysis,skilltraining,model construction,extracurricular production,experiment and inquiry.The fourth part is the survey of the implementation of the scientific inquiry section.This paper analyzes the implementation of scientific inquiry column from the two directions of teachers and students,and explained the reasons for this,then it expounds the importance of constructing scientific inquiry column teaching strategy.The fifth part is the suggestion and the use strategy discussion.This paper gives some thoughts on the implementation of scientific inquiry column in teaching materials.some feasible suggestions are put forward.To make high school biology teachers make better use of these columns,the relevant application strategy is given,they are situational teaching strategies,cooperative learning strategies and comprehensive application strategies,make it easier for teachers to use these columns in teaching.The sixth part is the conclusion and reflection.Summarize the exposition of this thesis,reflect on the shortcomings of this exposition.
