| With the development of the information technology, people gradually think highly of the application of information technology in the subject teaching, thus it’s been an important aspect of research to use the information technology to enhance the teaching efficiency. It is one such project which was hosted by Professor He Kekang from the Beijing Normal University named as the Innovation Experiment of Leaping Development in Elementary Education, and the school, Yinghua School in Xingtai Hebei Province, the researcher do the experiment participated the experiment in 2008.The Basic Education Curriculum Reform Program (Trial) pointed out that there would be three level of curriculum management as the national curriculum, local curriculum and school-based curriculum. According to the experiment situation of the school, the students need to learn Chinese and English with the computer since Grade 1 when the course of the information technology was taught from Grade 3 with the book published by the Hebei Educational Press, which is obviously not proper for the students of Grade 1. The researcher also consulted some information technology books for students of Grade 1 that exist in China, unfortunately they are not suitable for the students of the experiment. So, the researcher needs to develop a series of the information technology course which is suitable for the leaping development experiment.It will not only assist the implementation of the experiment of leaping development and promote the information literacy and the ability to operate the computer of the students, but also aids the teachers of information technology to grow of their professional ability and the school to form its curriculum management system, which will absolutely help to promote the teaching quality of the school.The article is divided into 7 parts, the author demonstrates it from many aspects, such as, the outline of the research, the basic of the theory, the curriculum objective, the framework, the process of the curriculum development and implementation, the revision and improvement after implementation. The concrete process of the school-based curriculum development is comprehensively stated.In chapter 1, the author states the background of the school-based curriculum development, the current situation of the area in and abroad, the research objective and meaning, the research content,also the research ideas and methods that the author has used.In chapter 2, the author defines some core concepts involved in the research and introduces the theoretical basis used in the research, including the objective mode of the curriculum development, constructivism theory, behaviourism theory and cognitive theory.In chapter 3, the author analyses the needs of the school-based curriculum development, including the objective analysis, student analysis and the teacher analysis. After the analysis of the leaping development experiment and the teaching objective of the curriculum of information technology in primary and secondary schools, the objective of the school-based curriculum development was determined basically. Besides, the author analyses the object and the main operating staff of the research, determining the key point of the school-based curriculum development.In chapter 4, the author states the main process of the school-based curriculum development, which is the main context of the entire research. It includes not only the determination of the school-based curriculum framework, the development of the information technology teaching materials, but also the development of the school-based curriculum resources, the determination of the way of evaluation and the concrete implementation scheme of the curriculum.In chapter 5, the author analyses the data of the school-based curriculum implementation. After the curriculum development and implementation in chapter 4, the author does a survey and interview about the process of the implementation, from which the good points and the problems will be revealed.In chapter 6, the school-based curriculum is revised and improved. In this part, the main content is to propose the scheme of solution to the problems that revealed in the process of the curriculum implementation, and then the school-based curriculum will be revised and put into implementation again until it produces the best teaching effect.In chapter 7, the author makes a summary for the whole research, analyses its successes, setbacks and pitfalls, also does a prospect for the information technology school-based curriculum. |
