With the rapid growth of China’s economy, skills and knowledge of social competition is increasingly fierce, The child’s education problem became the top priority of the family, Parents and the education of their children spent more attention, also into more energy and money. With the improving of the people demand for education, some disadvantages in normal schools has been highlighted, Class size is too large, single education teaching way, high quality education resources are scarce, these has a certain adverse effect on the students’ learning. Nowadays, many parents don’t have the time or unable to participate in children study, In order to improve the child’s academic performance, increase the competitiveness of the future, many parents to look at the supplementary tuition. Correspondingly, the tutorial education arises at the historic moment, all kinds of education training institutions emerge in endlessly. The tutorial market is increasingly hot. Supplementary tuition as a normal school "shadow", captures the parents and students psychology, expand the scope of training, primary and middle school students has become the main force of tutorial.Supplementary tuition is mainly refers to students outside the formal school to participate in paid course synchronous tutoring, the cultivation of interest in specialty study guides. Improve academic performance is the main purpose of the student participates in the tutorial, good study habits help improve academic performance. Nowadays many schools and parents can only focus on students’ cores, neglecting the study habits. Supplementary tuition can be used to supplement the mainstream school education, and make up the deficiency of family education. It provides school education cannot be achieved in one to one teaching, small class teaching, because of its commercial and educational, students and parents on a more equal and closely, these is good for learning habits. But at the same time we should also see, supplementary tuition has also produced some negative effect on students’ learning habits, relying too heavily on the tutorial education, will weaken the influence on students, school and family which will go against to the student individual development.This paper from the basic situation of current compulsory education stage student participates in the tutorial, analyzing the reason of the current supplementary tuition thriving, trying from out supplementary tuition’s teaching form and content, the relationship between teachers and students, analysis on the impact of students learning habits. Supplementary tuition fill in the defect of School and family education, for the cultivation of students’ learning habits brought good opportunities and challenges. As a result, to really form the school, family, supplementary tuition with three closely related to the education community, remediation of scientific organizations, focusing on cultivating students’ learning habit and confidence, help students comprehensive development.
