Geography education environment is an important factor in geography teaching,but it can easily be ignored. Any geography teaching activities must be carried out in a certain space. Geography teaching has been divided into and "invisible" education environment "Visible" geography education environment including geography teaching facilities and a variety of geography teaching information carrier of middle school students learning geography. "Invisible" geography education environment including psychological education environment and time&space environment in geography teaching. Especially the psychological education environment has a great influence to teaching and students interest in learning geography.Through the study we found that geography teachers can also be used as a factor influencing the teaching environment, and the impact on students is a great.The survey example by the author’s practice school. Focus on the analysis of the school "invisible education environment".Combined with the actual, article mainly from the geography teacher’s teaching style, teaching methods, classroom psychological environment construction, the establishment of teacher-student relationship, and the school schedule(time&space). these level two factor education environment on student learning are effects to discussed.1.Research on the school geography education process for students to acquire information environment and the teachers’teaching forms of organization environment, we found:the classroom teaching quality of the school are bad, under the geography teachers influenced.The school as a Guangdong Province Dongguan City non key junior middle schools, the construction of campus environment and the classroom Construction are ranking first-class. However, under such a good teaching environment, the teaching level is not high. By difference test of the four geography teachers, we find the reason:some teachers’ teaching form is too single, geography teachers literacy needs to be improved, specific aspects will be mentioned in the third chapter of this article. So I don’t approve of this middle school geography teachers attitude toward of teaching and pattern. I hope the school geography teachers can excellently use teaching environment with schools at present, to better serve the students.2.0n the construction of classroom psychological education environment:we do teachers favorite pretest first, with four teachers teaching style differences, and reference the academic performance of students, to explore the most suitable teachers perform in the classroom teaching organizational form and teaching method. The results showed:the students of the school will not due to the geography teacher to lose geography interesting. If geography teachers can construct harmonious teaching psychological atmosphere in class, even if not used a variety of multimedia media teaching, students still have a strong interesting in learning geography. So I hope that in reality, the educators can not put all the attention to the implementation of the hardware construction, there are huge potential of the psychological environment,it should also pay attention to constriction. Interest in learning the difference through the comparison of different class teachers in the school are corresponding to different students’ geography classroom psychological education environment construction, find out the most reasonable teaching organization form. Preliminary findings show that:moderate use of teaching methods, organize classroom activities, classroom content is not limited in class, involves many extracurricular knowledge teaching organizational form of the most popular with students.3.Construction of school psychological education environment:mainly discusses the relationship construction between teachers and students, combined with the interaction between teachers teaching form and students on the course of geography in the class.Combined with questionnaire information and draw conclusions:class strict to students, can be control of the classroom very well, class of students concerned about the teachers are the most affected by the students favorite. In addition to the school time and space environment, extracurricular geography teaching environment construction also made the survey results show that the construction of the school and above is of high quality.Finally put forward the solutions to investigate the school results, especially the teachers’ classroom psychological construction, its effect on students’learning is great. Through practical teaching a class as an example, the construction process of demonstration teachers classroom psychological environment, analysis of each link, guide teachers to master the students’ psychological state timely measures, can be control of the classroom good, and strive to create a harmonious atmosphere of classroom psychological, and then to build a successful classroom psychological education environment to attract students’ attention, and improve the students’ learning interest.
