Since the 1980 Cs, push forward the "quality education" in China, the university curriculum reform continued to deepen. Classroom teaching is a basic approach to the implementation of curriculum reform, is also a key link in the process of cultivating the social needed talents. With the development of social economy and culture, the change of education concept, how to meet the needs of students are increasingly diversified, guarantee the quality of talent cultivation is an important challenge for our classroom teaching. In the teaching, the teaching mode is a macro structure framework and procedures of teaching activities, is the bridge of teaching theory and practice, is the basic strategy to realize the teaching efficiency optimization, good or bad has a direct effect on the teaching effect. The reform of the teaching mode is also from the macro, the reform of the teaching activities is to improve the classroom teaching quality and realize the goal of education is one of the basic strategy, as a result, the teaching mode caused widespread concern and attention.In 2003 by the national ministry of education promulgated the "national ordinary higher school sports education professional course plan rules of volleyball required course for the sports education professional 9 main courses, one of its status cannot be ignored. Basic goal is to primary and secondary school physical education major in colleges and universities to cultivate conforming to the requirements of the society, have comprehensive quality of teachers. Compulsory sports education professional volleyball’s main goal is to let the student through the study of volleyball course, strengthen students understanding of volleyball and its law of development of understanding, to master the basic technical skills of volleyball, have a certain ability of teaching practice. Under the background of new curriculum reform, the adjustment of the training scheme, teaching hours reduced to sports education specialized compulsory course for volleyball challenge the traditional teaching mode, to seek to conform to the nature and law of volleyball, beneficial to the physical and mental development of students, and suitable for the present of volleyball required course of physical education teaching mode has been imperative.Based on the summary analysis of the existing of volleyball required course of physical education teaching mode on the basis of based on the theory of pedagogy, psychology and epistemology thought guidance, together with the present situation of volleyball required course, draw lessons from previous successful teaching experience, the teaching pattern of "stage mode" is designed. Recruit type teaching mode will be made explicit teaching objectives set to level, stage mode as the main form, formulated the lightweight, personality development, and a more objective response of students to learn and practice the level of diagnosis, process combined with summative evaluation standards. And in Hebei normal university of national sports education professional volleyball in the compulsory course for empirical research, the results show that:1. Recruit type teaching mode in Hebei normal university of national sports education professional application of volleyball required course is feasible, and the teaching effect is superior to the traditional teaching mode, can undertake a wider range of promotion.2. The experiment proves that recruit type teaching mode through security evaluation process is to motivate students subjective initiative and participation in the learning process, and mobilize the students to participate in the volleyball course and the enthusiasm of independent practice.3. The recruit type teaching mode not only promote the students’ basic knowledge, technology and skills to master, at the same time to the student non-intelligence factor evaluation is more objective, more significant effect. Increased demand for teachers at the same time, and fully mobilize the enthusiasm and creativity of teachers, improve the teaching quality.
