Quality education in a comprehensive manner, our education is a cause of profound change, education and talent training mode of significant progress, implementation of the spirit of innovation and practical ability to focus on the importance of quality education is to change the focus of student learning, change that kind of emphasis on mechanical memory, shallow understanding and simple application just based on a passive acceptance of knowledge transfer teachers learning, help students receive effective learning, forming a right to take the initiative to explore knowledge, and the importance of solving practical problems proactive learning approach, research type teaching is a teaching method for the quality education. Research type teaching is a concentrated expression of philosophy of modern education, China is oriented to the 21st century basic education curriculum reform new perspective, it reflects the times respond to the demand for education, It is have great value of teaching and the development, emphasized that students studying independently explore today, It will become operational important concepts and strategy in teaching.The main adoption on this study uses documentary method, experimental method, questionnaire survey method and statistics method and so on, carried out an experimental study of the research type teaching in the volleyball teaching of the P.E. department, discussion the impact of the research type teaching to students Volleyball technical capability,study independently and innovative. The results show: research type teaching used in volleyball techniques teaching is feasible, the students' passing the ball and setting the ball technology to help large, a marked difference than traditional teaching techniques, and can enhance student volleyball skills; also it enhanced the students' self-learning and innovation, research type teaching in teaching students actively learning higher than traditional teaching, and able to independently choose the method of study, self-monitoring process of learning, and self-assessment study results and the use of useful information to help solve learning problems, students in the learning process does not stick to teaching materials or teachers talking about the conclusions and unique new viewpoints and methods; in practice or in the process of completion of operations, there are different from teachers or books talking about the derivation and thinking process; in. problem solving and analysis, a new approach and a new way; in the process of learning; through their independent thinking and exploration reached with the former the same or similar conclusions.Implementing research type teaching in Volleyball techniques teaching, students to be effective in promoting further enhance the technical level, students through research-learning methods, and enhance the ability to learn and acquire self-study and innovation, thus enabling them to become a high-quality personnel of knowledge-based economy era.
