In Thailand, the vigorous development of Chinese teaching,The problems of classroom management gradually come out. Due to teachers, students and other environmental factors and accidents etc, middle school volunteer Chinese teachers in classroom management in Thailand powerless, problems are frequent. The author through classroom observation, questionnaire, interview, case collection and other volunteers to explore the way of communication, combined with a year in Bangkok Makkasanpittaya School from teaching, to Thailand middle school Chinese classroom management issues were investigated, Through the management of classroom teaching typical cases analysis to find the problems.understand their current situation, find the problems existing in domestic and abroad, and then combined with the Thailand middle school classroom teaching in the classroom activities, cultural experience and in the Thai Chinese volunteer teachers’language ability, emotional development and strengthen communication and co-operation to seek effective classroom management strategies.At last, the author sum up experiences and lessons in Thailand middle school Chinese classroom management, draw on the Thailand middle school Chinese classroom management and teachingThis article mainly launches the elaboration from following six parts:The first part, the introduction, including the reason, the selected topic goal and the significance; research status in domestic and foreign academic circles; research methods and basic framework.The second part, an overview of the definition and scope of classroom management.explain the definition of related concepts and scope of classroom management combined with Chinese teaching.The third part, current situation and problems of Thailand middle school Chinese classroom management. The present situation including advantages and disadvantages, the problem is analyzed through the representative case of problem types.The fourth part, analysis of the causes of Thailand middle school Chinese classroom management issues. Elaborates respectively from teachers, students and other environmental factors and emergency situation three aspects.The fifth part, improve the Thailand middle school Chinese classroom management effectiveness of strategies. combined with the Thailand middle school classroom teaching in the classroom activities, cultural experience and in the Thai Chinese volunteer teachers’ language ability, emotional development and strengthen communication and co-operation to seek effective classroom management strategies.The sixth part, conclusion.Through the experiences and lessons in the classroom management to draw relevant revelation.
