In modern society,technology and management are important factors in promoting social development.The development of education is also inseparable from the advancement of technology and the optimization of management.Classroom management is a management activity that directly trains people.Good classroom management can maintain the stability of the classroom,create a good learning environment for students,give meaning to the activities of classroom teaching and learning,stimulate students' learning motivation,fully demonstrate students' learning potential,and greatly improve the efficiency of teachingwork.However,there are still many problems in the management of primary school Chinese classrooms,such as school administrators and teachers lack of attention to classroom management,lack of proper communication with students,and negative classroom environment.In addition,most scholars tend to classify classroom management into classroom teaching when researching classroom management.However,the focus of this research is mainly on teaching,ignoring the importance of classroom management itself for teaching.At the same time,the subject language as a basic discipline has an increasingly important role in the whole education.The primary school high school stage is the convergence of the secondary school and the primary school for two years.In this crucial period,how should the primary school language teacher do a good job in classroom management?The work will lay a good foundation for primary school students to learn Chinese in junior high school.This has important research significance.Therefore,this article adopts the methods of literature,questionnaires,and classroom observation methods,and combines qualitative and quantitative research methods.Based on the current research status and related theories of effective strategies for Chinese language classroom management at home and abroad,the The in-depth investigation and analysis of the Chinese language classes in the senior school segment of Beijing X School Primary School,and then explored some effective strategies for the Chinese classroom management in the upper grades of primary schools,and analyzed the main factors affecting the Chinese classroom management in primary schools.Finally,according to the relevant analysis results,some strategies and suggestions for effective management of primary school Chinese classrooms are put forward in terms of teachers' quality,education evaluation,school management,etc.,in order to deal with the real problems in the process of primary Chinese language classroom management,and to improve the classroom management of teachers.Teaching Quality.It is hoped that this study will promote the attention of teachers to primary school Chinese classroom management and student emotions,further improve the teacher-student relationship,provide students with an efficient and enjoyable classroom learning environment and a good classroom atmosphere,and enable students to actively participate in classroom teaching.Happy and healthy growth.In addition to the introduction,the content of this study is divided into the following three parts:The first part discusses the problems existing in the Chinese classroom at the senior grades of Beijing X School Primary School through questionnaires from classroom questions,teacher's management methods,frequency of teacher's recognition of students,teacher's evaluation of students,and teacher-student relationship.The main problems are that the questions raised in the classroom were not effective,the teacher's management style was partial to autocracy,teachers lacked correct evaluation of students,and there was not much communication between teachers and students.The second part analyzes the reasons that affect the poor management of the classroom.The main reasons are as follows:there are certain problems in the teacher's teaching methods;their classroom management consciousness is weak;the lack of analysis of students' psychological needs;the lack of correct classroom teaching evaluation.The third part puts forward strategies and suggestions for the management of primary school Chinese classrooms.It elaborates on the following aspects:building a good teacher-student,student-student and family-school relationship;improving teacher's quality;improving classroom assessment;strengthening school's participation in classroom management.
