In the overseas Chinese classroom teaching,due to the different cultural and educational backgrounds of teachers and students and the lack of target language environment,classroom management is particularly important in the whole teaching activities.Based on the author's experience as a volunteer teacher of Chinese in Phimai Wittaya School in Thailand,this paper discusses the classroom management of the training link through teaching practice and specific teaching cases.Thai educational tradition and long-standing cultural influence have resulted in students randomness in the classroom,especially in foreign language classes.Therefore,in the Chinese classroom,how to improve the participation of students and how to make the exercise efficient and orderly in the organization of teaching,which puts forward higher requirements for classroom management.This paper synthesizes the previous studies on classroom management,combines with the author's own specific teaching cases,studies the classroom management of the training link,and puts forward some suggestions on how to carry out effective classroom training and management in Thailand.This paper is divided into four parts.The first part is the introduction,which includes a review of the theory of classroom management in second language,as well as the significance and methods of the study,providing a theoretical basis for the following.The second part is the management and analysis of the Chinese classroom.This part gives a general introduction to the Chinese classroom.With the help of previous research theories on the second language classroom,the author defines the concept of the second language classroom management.This paper expounds the theoretical basis of Chinese classroom management,which plays an important role in the following suggestions and case analysis.In addition,this paper makes a comparative analysis of the classroom management of Chinese classroom and Chinese classroom,and compares the causes of the differences in classroom management from the aspects of education and culture.The third part is the general situation of Thai Chinese teaching.In the general environment,the situation of Chinese teacher volunteers in Thai Chinese teaching and classroom management is described in general,which provides the environmental background for the following suggestions.Starting from Phimai Wittaya School,this paper introduces various aspects of Chinese teaching in schools.Finally,according to the above situation,summarize the principles of classroom management in Chinese classroom.The fourth part is based on the actual situation of Thai Chinese classroom management mentioned above,puts forward teaching suggestions,and combines the real teaching cases of Thai native Chinese teachers and the author to make a comparative analysis of the ways and strategies adopted by Chinese and Thai Chinese teachers in classroom management.These suggestions are applied in practice,and finally summarizes the practical results and Enlightenment of classroom management.This paper summarizes the suggestions of Chinese classroom management based on the previous research results,the actual teaching situation of volunteer teachers in Thailand and the author's teaching practice in Thailand.However,there is no law for teaching.To organize the order of classroom management,teachers should combine Thai teaching tradition,students' actual needs of learning Chinese and teachers' teaching arrangements,so as to better carry out Chinese teaching in Thailand.
