Research On The Correlation Between Higher Vocational Education And Regional Competitiveness In Shandong Province

As an important part of the higher education system,higher vocational education is a bridge connecting campus life and social practice.It is an important channel for cultivating high-quality skilled talents and a solid foundation for improving regional competitiveness.With the social modernization construction and the upgrading of industrial structure,the close relationship between higher vocational education and regional competitiveness has become increasingly apparent.The two are mutually reinforcing and complement each other.The regional competitiveness determines the scale and speed of higher vocational education.Higher vocational education provides talent and technical support for the development of regional competitiveness.China is in a critical period of social and economic changes and industrial restructuring.In order to achieve stable social changes and coordinated industrial development,it is urgent to provide higher vocational education to provide talents and technical support.Under the impetus of national policy support and the social environment,it is of great practical significance to study the relationship between higher vocational education and regional competitiveness.This paper explores the current situation of higher vocational education and regional competitiveness in Shandong Province,and what is the relationship between the two.The first chapter introduces the research background and significance of this paper,and sorts out the related literature review at home and abroad.Based on the relevant background,the research methods,research contents and innovation of this paper are determined.The second chapter describes the related concepts of higher vocational education and regional competitiveness,and briefly summarizes the research methods used in the article.The third chapter analyzes the status quo of higher vocational colleges and regional competitiveness in Shandong Province through data.Find out the problems in the development of higher vocational colleges in Shandong Province,and the imbalance between higher vocational colleges and regional competitiveness.Through the analysis of the data,it can be seen that higher vocational education has a positive effect on economic growth.The fourth chapter uses EViews software to construct a structural model suitable for the higher education in Shandong Province and the GDP of Shandong Province.Through SPSS software,statistical analysis is carried out on the correlation between several major indicators affecting higher vocational education and regional competitiveness in Shandong Province.And the positive correlation between higher vocational education and regional competitiveness isfurther verified from various aspects.The fifth chapter proposes to promote the coordinated development of the two from the perspectives of the government,society,institutions themselves,with a view to making some contributions to promoting the coordinated development of the two.The sixth chapter concludes and summarizes the whole article.
