Research On The Psychological Education Of Female College Students Based On The Theory Of Personality Matching

This paper based on one job matching theory, combined with the theory of social role theory and women, organized women entrepreneurs entrepreneurship education of female college students research results and the actual, through questionnaire investigation, interview method and literature research on female students’ psychological barriers encountered in the business. The paper describes the factors that affect female college students entrepreneurship, including the concept of the traditional roles of contemporary environment of reflux and the lack of entrepreneurial education and so on. First of all, Female college students want to establish a business successfully, which need positioning themselves reasonably, and People Job Matching is the key theory of career choice. College students’ employment is the background of The Times, and it is more difficult that the situation of the gender discrimination of female college students. So it is worthy of our study what kind of method make female university students adjust their own state of mind, arouse the enthusiasm of female college students’ entrepreneurship, seek ways to ease the employment pressure, finally let more female college students to participate in the entrepreneurial activity.Based on the theory of People Job Matching, through the questionnaire survey and field interviews, analysis and discusses some psychological problems of female college students entrepreneurship systematically. To solve these problems, and find the reasons of the problems, to cause the female college students’ inferiority complex, role orientation deviation, lack of sense of competition brought about by the rely on psychological problems such as analyzed. Put forward the government, university, family, and female college students own the measures and methods of combining for related departments to solve female university students’ entrepreneurship.Joint efforts of all parties concerned, under the action of People Job Matching theory, for the country to solve the employment problem, to improve the level of employment and education quality in colleges and universities, for the female student’s own growth provides a solid way, is the purpose of this study.
