Our country has always attached great importance of the problems of education and poverty.Poverty has an effect on the investment and development of education resources.Education is the key to poverty alleviation.And the 19 th CPC National Congress also give priority to education,especially the compulsory education in rural areas.The report also pointed out that the government will always adhere to “targeted poverty alleviation” and focus on the combination of poverty alleviation and the importance of people' spirit and wisdom.The education gaps between the developed and the poor areas in China exist objectively.Education is an important way to realize class mobility,and junior high school is the key stage for students to learn and grow.In poor areas,learning adaptability problems such as negative learning attitude,poor learning environment and technology,low learning efficiency,weariness,dropout and so on are obvious.Therefore,the whole society should pay more attention to the problem.The author generalizes it to the problem of learning adaptability,and hopes to explore the solution strategy through this research.In this paper,literature research,observation method and interview method are taken to research P junior high school students in poor areas for data collection.And the problems are mainly about negative learning attitude,wrong learning methods and poor learning environment,etc.Reviewing the previous related literature,the main discussing points are the government,schools and teachers.In this paper,three and a half months are spent to study the learning adaptability problems of junior high school students in poor areas by using the method of social work.At the same time,ecological system theory and rational emotive therapy are used to analyze the reason of learning adaptability problems.In fact,unbalanced development of the students,the absence of family education,resources shortage school environment,the close peer relationship,and the social culture atmosphere are major reasons.Based on the current situation and reasons analysis of learning adoption problems among rural junior high school students,case work intervention study is used in this paper and the learning attitude,learning methods,learning environment and social support networks has been improved.The result shows that compared withother methods,case work taking the individual as the focus and service subject,it can not only help the students improve their learning adaptability,but also improve their self-adjustment to adapt to the changes in time,and make themselves develop better..Meanwhile,it proposes targeted solutions to the same type of service,and Using case work to solve the learning adaption problem,Build social support networks,Improve the learning environment and develop professional social work.
