With the development of quality education Experience teaching gradually entered the field of education in China in the end of the twentieth century, Experience teaching is student-oriented, Teacher could create the actual situation and repeated experience which represent the teaching content according to students’ cognitive characteristics. In this situation the students can experience personally, feel, smell, understand, reflect and reconstruct knowledge,This teaching concept and teaching model can develop students ability, It prompts the students to actively participate in scientific exploration in the scene, Focus on students’ understanding and thinking of the relevant experience, it can bring students’ subjective initiative, In that situation the students really become main body of teaching. Experience teaching is not only a kind of new teaching methods which is different from conventional teaching methods, but also is a scientific teaching concept which could improve the student’s quality quickly, Under the background of the current education development in China, The experience teaching is a good form of implementation of quality education.Lit middle school which is a rural middle school implements the experience teaching in teaching reform, and it acquire better effect, This article mainly investigate and analysis the experience teaching guidance, methods and measures, the achievement in lit middle school, this article makes a summing up of the experiential teaching in teaching reform experience, It plays a certain reference value and significance in our country’s education teaching reform, the implementation of other school about experience teaching reform.
