In recent years, China’s higher education enrollment makes graduate scale, while the number of universities mentors and educational resources so that there is no corresponding increase in the quality of graduate decline, coupled with the social demand for talent has undergone major changes, leading to increasing graduate employment difficult, especially in the humanities and social science graduate course of employment is in a weak position.
