In recent years,with the number of college graduates continued to grow,the employment problem followed,the employment pressure of college students increased,especially the humanities and social sciences female college students employment problems have become increasingly prominent.The problem of employment of female college students in humanities and social sciences has become the focus of public attention,and it is imperative to analyze the problems and countermeasures of their employment.On the basis of the research results of domestic and foreign scholars,this paper has carried on the detailed research,analyzes the employment problem and the superiority and the opportunity challenge to the employment of the female college students in the humanities and social sciences,and puts forward the concrete countermeasures to solve the employment problem.Mainly from the following five parts of the humanities and social sciences female college students employment problem:Chapter One Introduction.The employment of college students is increasing,the employment of female college students in the humanities and social sciences is serious and the full employment is beneficial to the stability of society and the sustainable development of economy.In the domestic and foreign research,the research on the employment of female college students mainly from the market
