Research On The Employment Influencing Factors Of Vocational Students And Countermeasures Based On SWOT Analysis

Along with the basic formation of secondary vocational education system,the number of students in the secondary vocational school in our country has exceeded 20 million.In 2014,the issuance of “Decision of the State Council on Accelerating the Development of Modern Vocational Education” further defined the cultivation level of vocational education,divided the educational system in our country again,the overpass of students' diversified selection and multi-path success was built finally.According to the decision,the vocational education in the future will include several stages of high school,junior college,undergraduate and graduate,the degree system corresponding with the feature of vocational education is needed,thus not only enriching the level of vocational education,but also changing the vocational education's goal to cultivate the people.These good news promote more and more students to enroll the vocational school after graduated from the junior high school,the continuous expansion of vocational education scale makes the employment of vocational graduate break the traditional employment pattern in China,and the vocational students become the backbone of employment force.This makes their employment situation be the focus of the society.The current society is in a rapid development,various concepts,methods and systems are overthrown or improved,the government,enterprise,school and student will be integrated into the reform as a member of the society.To a certain extent,the reform brings a lot of uncertainty for the employment environment.Dealing with the vocational students' employment in the dynamic employment environment shall fully consider the factors influencing the vocational students' employment.At present,there are a few researches on the employment in the vocational school.The paper analyzes the internal and external factors in the vocational students' employment process with SWOT analysis method,thus obtaining the internal advantage,internal disadvantage,external opportunity and external threat of the employment for the vocational students,then considers and concludes the employment from four perspectives of government,enterprise,school and student.Finally,it analyzes the students' employment with SWOT analysis method with the example of Nanxi Vocational and Technical School in Yibin City,and it hopes to provide the reference basis for the selection of employment strategy in the school.
