With the development of modern society, it needs people who posses both comprehensive quality and innovative talent. To meet the need of this situation, education should pay attention to develop people who have the diversified and distinctive talents. While classroom is the main place where proceeds the education reform and development. With the advancement of quality education, people pay attention to the class effectiveness and efficiency. At the same time, they also focus on the whole development of teachers and students. Effcient classroom respects teachers’ and students’ unique personality. Through personal experience and feeling, it advocates of cultivating the character and shaping healthy personality, as well as promoting the teachers’ and students’ life value.The connotation of efficient classroom should include student’s learning content, learning methods, learning style and teaching methods, as well as the inner meanings, like the life growth, personality development of teachers and students. The construction of efficient classroom requirement is highly consistent with the essence of education, especially in the uniqueness of individual life. The development of efficient classroom horizon is people-oriented development. It is not only the growth of knowledge ability, but also including the lifting of ideology and personality, as well as the changing of people’s state of survival.The questionnaire and interview as well as real class recording reveals the following problems: teachers and students are facing various problems and difficulties in classroom. For example, teachers try to make class more dynamic and meaningful, while he or she is lacking of teaching methods. Students who want to participate in the class, but the teacher did not give the appropriate guidance and help. And students who couldn’t find their own way to learn to keep long-term study enthusiasm. As it is getting worse, the teachers also lost to the efficient teaching efforts and pursuit.To construct the efficient classroom teaching, teachers need to make continuous efforts. Firstly, they need to deepen and enrich the understanding of the efficient classroom conceptions, arming themselves with theory and changing teaching ideas. Secondly, put the theory into practice, strengthen the interaction with the students, respect and understand them, formulate relevant teaching methods to inspire the students’ learning motivation, persistent guiding students to explore personalized learning styles. Thirdly, teachers should constantly reflect on themselves in everyday teaching, strengthen professional research and the understanding of teaching content, including the creation and pursuit of teaching process, try their best to form their own unique teaching styles and promote the professional development.
