Through video analysis to three young teachers classroom questioning into text, according to the thinking level, ask questions in the question process methods, the characteristics of the questions, the questions focus on the characteristics of target, the nature of the questions classification statistics and quantitative comparison of five dimensions.The study found that the differences in the number of questions, for excellent young university teachers low levels of thinking and knowledge questions rather than creative questions; Pay more attention to the teaching material content on questions and focus on the goal and organization form, followed by the students’ thinking and personality; The characteristics of the questions more check type questions; Looking from the nature of the questions focus on the core teaching class capacity; In a way from questions, question and answer and ask a more dominant, waiting for the answer time mostly concentrated in 4 seconds, rarely longer than 10 seconds; Teachers’ feedback focus on students’ general feedback, very few negative feedback.Studies suggest that the number of questions and can’t measure the teaching quality, we should look at the teaching of specific situation more; Questions should give students the right time to think and give back the positive feedback, pay attention to the "answer" at the same time we should focus on more why we it is the answer; Classroom dialogue should face all and focus on the individual.
