Therefore,the quality of physical education graduate values, causes problems, promotion strategies, methods, tools and evaluation criteria, quality assurance in order to build the quality of graduate physical education evaluation.In this study, drawing on theories and theoretical studies on the evaluation of teaching quality sports predecessors, based on the design of the evaluation of physical education graduate "input- output" model; According to this model, through the Delphi method, factor analysis and principal component analysis was constructed for College Graduate Students Sports evaluation, including quality physical education,resources and support sports, sports-effective results, policy environment, to build four main factors affecting physical education graduate and 13 specific indicators, to Capital Normal University, He bei Normal University, Qu fu Normal University, Shan dong University and empirical comparison and ranking, points out four university physical education graduate development strengths and weaknesses exist by SWOT analysis, and thus the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions.
