Design Of Teacher Training Scheme In Tonghai County Based On Competency General Model

Through analysis of the secondary school teachers should have the competence index, drawing on existing competence of teachers in theoretical research results at home and abroad to explore a competency model for Tonghai secondary school teachers, and on the basis of this model, systematic design for secondary school teachers training system in the region, in order to achieve an effective middle school teachers in the region to enhance the level of competence of the goal.
