The Analysis Of Vocational Competence In Perspective Of Systems Science

On the basis of the research frame of Systems Science, combining the research results of education , psychology and management , this article puts forward some innovative and explorative viewpoints about how to interpret the concept of vocational competence, what is the effective analysis and expression method for vocational competence ,and the relationship between analysis method and competence development.The article puts forward the systematic function theory to explain the concept of competence. According to this view, the human who is in the process of doing vocational activities and tasks is regarded as a system——individual competency system, the human`s cognitive, thinking, emotional, and behavior process for task execution are regarded as competence exhibition process. Studing the representative task process for competence exhibition will help us to reveal the essential characteristic of competence. In this competence system, human`s practical work competence is system function, external behavior that exhibit with competence is regarded as systematic behavior, and the knowledge, skill, attitude, personality, information and experience which are possessed by individual and influence competence level are regarded as system elements.About the analysis method for competence, the article puts forward the systematic analysis frame for vocational competence, which includes three parts, analysis for system elements, system structure, and system development. Besides theoretical speculation, the article also discusses on the practical methods and does simple empirical research to check the theory.At least, the article discusses about the value of competence system theory, and puts forward some viewpoints about how to do competence training.
