As pop culture creeps in language courses, an imperceptible influence was occurred on Chinese teaching, children’s cartoon as a kind of Pop culture influences Chinese teaching in primary schools in different degrees. But, judging from the current internal and external situation, there are no specialized research and documentation on culture cartoons which was introduced into Chinese teaching in primary school.This research use documentary analysis, questionnaire investigations, Behavior Research Approach to study the children cartoons which was introduced into Chinese teaching in primary school according to the feature of children cartoons in the pop culture and Children’s cognitive development, found the extraction useful of courses resources in children cartoons, try to establish the Curriculum Goal of this coerce which introduced children cartoons, Explore a method which can introduced the children cartoons in primary school course. At last, develop the complete school-based curriculum which can to elevate schoolchildren’s language ability in the best way.
