New media and internet technology has come into our lives, changing the way people communicate with each other, and it will also bring new changes of classroom teaching in the future. The way and behavior in classroom has been influenced by new media and technology, entirely different with traditional classroom. Based on the investigation at home and abroad, the thesis analyzes the current situation of the future classroom teaching under the fusion of new media and information technology in Qingdao region, and take two different categories of schools as cases for a further study.This exploration of future classroom based on new media and information technology of Qingdao in elementary schools, middle schools and universities is the forerunner in China. However, in the process of the “future classroom” teaching practice, some schools only pay attention to equipment configuration, making courseware and using software and hardware, lacking systematic design of classroom teaching and the corresponding theoretical research.In the basis of the discussion on the essence of classroom teaching, from the concept of instructional technology in the view of educational technology, the thesis attempts to construct the instructional design model of future classroom based on the fusion of new media and information technology and teaching. Under the guidance of instructional design model of future classroom, teaching in future classroom could change from teachers’ leading role in a traditional classroom, improve lacking timely feedback etc, in order to realize equitable distribution of education resources and individualized teaching.
