A Study On Social Support For Social Work In Rural Areas

In this paper, starting from the perspective of social work, P in underdeveloped area village left-behind elderly social support as the research object. From the perspective of social support, their existing social support and extremely weak, no matter from the objective or subjective is hard to get outside help. Adhere to the problem oriented, starting from the conception, the selected topic basis and realistic significance of this article.Using questionnaire and depth interview, at first made clear the village left-behind old people exist in social support in terms of material life support is insufficient, lack of life care support and emotional support for the problem of the missing; P village left-behind elderly social support is analyzed on the reasons of these problems, found that the main reason is that rural left-behind elderly endowment security system is not sound, insufficient social organization power injection and rural left-behind elderly self consciousness of seeking social support is not strong. According to the analysis of the causes and to assess their requirements in terms of social support, use case, community and group work method, respectively, from 213 bus operation to restore the village, "build a home" community activities and to form a "support team" three cases introduced the practice of the social work intervention strategies, and each case is simply the result of evaluation and reflection.
