With the depth of the market economy has becoming more sophisticated and the advancing labor reform labor reform is advancing, the autonomous status of the main body of China’s labor market is increasingly established, labor representatives, to send as a flexible form of employment has been adopted by more and more organizations. It is not perfect due to the immaturity of the dispatch market and the related regulations are not comprehensive, the dispatch provides flexible, efficient, low-risk human capital, but it also brought many new problems to the organization and management. Therefore, employment business needs to understand the advantages and disadvantages of labor dispatching mode, using them wisely to standardize labor dispatching.In this paper, by combining theory and practice, qualitative and quantitative,and with interviews and survey research methods, to the difference between labor dispatching and traditional labor, giving research to the background of the labor dispatching, development status and the relevant laws, and make objective analysis of the advantages and disadvantages of the dispatch system as well as in the using of labor dispatching problems in the specification the dispatch response obtained to standardize the dispatch from the perfect pay system, to improve the talent promotion channel, strengthen corporate culture building, strengthening education and training aspects, but also pay attention to avoid legal risks in the process of using the dispatch reasonable to choose the right positions and employees as the dispatch of the object, select the formal labor dispatch service, and improve the dispatch system conclusion.
