This essay illustrates the basic theories about delicacy management at home and aboard, and the current situations about efficient delicacy management of students in colleges. Through using survey research method and case study method, choosing X Academy of Fine Arts as example, combining other Artistic Colleges’current situations, the author try to systematic analyze the delicacy management in the Artistic Colleges.Firstly, the author summarizes several group characteristics on students in Artistic Colleges through comparing the differences of daily managements between students in Artistic Colleges and other Colleges. The author’s viewpoint is that the management situations in Artistic Colleges come from these differences. What’s more, the author analysis the concrete issues on three aspects. After deeply analyzing the problems and situations on delicacy management, the author find five reasons on this issue.Secondly, the author finds out three improvement measures on the delicacy management in Artistic Colleges according to the delicacy management theories. It is mainly summarizing and referencing the experiences on delicacy management in Artistic Colleges, and following the systematism of management system, the entire process of the link of management, the generalization of the content of management, and the humanization of the objective of management. Personalized management measures should be used according to different majors in Artistic Colleges. To perfect all rules and regulations to make the management measures more delicacy, humanized and scientifically is really important. By using these improvement measures, we can solve problems and contradictions which happened during teaching activities. And the author hopes it is helpful for the personnel training on art education.In conclusion, the importance and positive role of using delicacy management in Artistic Colleges shall be illustrated.
