Study On Delicacy Management Applying To Class Management

Delicacy Management originated in the United States. It is from Taylor’s Work hour study. It was originally a modern management theory in industry. It was first put forward by Japanese enterprises in the1950s. Delicacy Management theory is also used in the education field. In my opinion, many problems in school and class management were caused by ignorance of education details. Delicacy Management is the right method to solve these problems. This thesis paper is going to focus on the practical use of Delicacy Management in education. It will first analysis the problems and reasons in class and school management. And then it will explain the importance and necessity of Delicacy Management. After that, it will introduce the principles of Delicacy Management. At last, it will introduce some measures to put Delicacy Management into practical use.
