“Work-integrated Learning” is the key for vocational education to boost industry transformation and upgrading,so combining learning with working is an inevitable trend.Taking Kunshan Dengyun College of Science and Technology as an example,this thesis,using survey research method and case study method,probes into the problems and resolution strategies of the following three parts: teaching activity management,teaching organization management and teaching quality management.Practice scale and cycle is limited by market factors,which affects the implementation of teaching plans.Therefore,planning management should be strengthened and alternation of prearranged plans should be established in teaching activity management.The management responsibilities are not divided clearly in cooperation between college and enterprises,so meticulous management is suggested based on the flat management organization structure in teaching organization management.The problem in teaching quality management is that enterprises don’t take part in the evaluation of teachers and students,which makes the evaluation not reliable.so we have to establish quality responsibility system and subdivide process to control the goal.
