Research On The Moral Education Of Undergraduate Students From The Perspective Of Class Delicacy Management

Moral education for undergraduates is a work involving undergraduate ideological values,to have a profound impact on the future development of undergraduate students.In the current society,ideological and moral levels of undergraduates do not have a significant improvement after received higher education.In this social pressure,undergraduate moral education must explore new ways and means.Delicacy management is an effective theory of management and it has been shown to have a positive effect on multiple domains,but it lacked researches on the management and teaching of universities.So in this paper,under the perspective of delicacy management of class,from the subjectivity,scientific,and performance of delicacy management of undergraduate class,the author analyses background and challenges of the undergraduate moral education,and then explored that the implementation of delicacy management of class in the field of moral education should pay attention to three countermeasures: enhanced to the attention of the undergraduate moral education,overcome the particularity of the moral education work,and strengthen the research of the delicacy management in the field of moral education,and planed some paths from three aspects that the implementation principle,the implementation method and the specific practice,and analyzed and summarized typical case of implementing delicacy management of class in a university,to seek methods for further strengthening management of undergraduate class,enhancing the quality of undergraduate moral education and promoting the construction of undergraduates' ideological morality,in order to help undergraduates to get better scientific education and moral education.
