Music education is an important part of school education, chorus, as a mass art, the audience wide, the most comprehensive, is a form of music education is an important, the cultivation of students’ comprehensive quality has a important significance, and can not be replaced by other subjects. With the advancement of quality education and basic education curriculum reform unceasingly thorough, our country elementary and middle schools music education has been rapid development, but in the present stage still exist lack of popularization is not wide, the chorus teacher, school degree of attention, not for all the students of such a worrying problem. As a music education major students, I am very concerned about the cultivation of the artistic quality of the contemporary students in primary and secondary schools, pay more attention to the development of ordinary senior middle school chorus education, also hope to find easy to carry out and implement the chorus teaching methods to promote the ordinary school music education development.From the perspective of chorus teaching, research on the current situation and problems, mainly adopts questionnaire method, interview method, case analysis method, the questionnaire method and interview method is an important means of this research, taking Beijing Dawanglu middle school teachers and students and parents of students for investigation the object, with reference to the current high school music curriculum standards, from students to the chorus course attitude, basic knowledge, love the teaching content and the parents of the school chorus course support, music teacher satisfaction, the performance of children after school by analyzing the survey data, this paper expounds the important significance of the ordinary middle school chorus teaching through the case of Dawanglu, middle school chorus teaching analysis, summarizes the existing problems and put forward constructive suggestions. The full text is divided into six parts to discuss:The first part is the introduction, mainly including research motivation and purpose, literature review, research methods three parts.The second part mainly introduces the status of the development process of our boys and contemporary boys chorus art education and in secondary schools to carry out the significance of chorus teaching.The third part is a case study, introduces the Dawang road middle school chorus teaching status and the status of questionnaire and interview survey, and find out the problems existing in the teaching practice to The fourth part is the thoughts and suggestions, aiming at the problem of putting forward reasonable solution.
