In October 1978,The Ministry of Education and State Planning Commission had formulated and promulgated “Temporary Regulation for evaluating the special-grade teacher ”. After that, the pursuit of forming individual teaching arts has become a goal for every teacher. Forming teaching arts is the sign of effective teaching, which can help improve teaching efficiency, contribute to the reformation of curricula, as well as specify and enrich the content of teaching development.Facing with the current dual pressure of College Entrance Examination and Course Reform, first-class Chinese teachers usually lack teaching motivation, and just teach what may appear in the exam. The education during the high school stage should pay more attention on cultivating “Learning skills”, which means students should grasp scientific rules, form their sense of aesthetics, and lay the foundation for their further development in the future. Based on the analysis, the article takes the special-grade teacher in Liaoning province, Delin Du as the example to analyze his teaching arts through his teaching periodicals and real teaching cases. More specifically, his teaching arts will be deployed from three aspects: “the relationship between teachers and students”, “the textbook”, “the knowledge”. Meanwhile, the article will introduce the factors for forming his teaching arts, theory foundation, and therefore leading to the enlightenment to the current Chinese teaching mode. The article contains fours departments below:Introduction.:This part takes the background, the meaning, and the key concepts, and so on;Factors: Chapter one, from inside and outside factors, it illustrates the forming of his teaching arts; theory foundation: Chapter two, The three aspects of the theory of constructivism, humanism and Chinese educational philosophy are summarized; Content:Chapter three, it sums up the three points below from how Delin Du deal with “the relationship between teachers and students”, “the textbook”, “the knowledge”:(1)to cultivate habits of thinking(2) to tell stories of “love”(3) to understand rules of learning. Enlightenment:Through analyzing Delin Du’s teaching arts, this part is for promoting the teaching development between young teachers to make them emulate those better than themselves, and all of it can be concluded as the following three points: Teach logically;Teach aesthetically; Teach scientifically.
