With the increasingly severe employment situation in recent years, the research on employability has gradually become a hot spot.Employability refers to the ability of the individual to obtain work, maintain work, and maintain progress in the work. It is a collection of ability and individual characteristics, which can help individuals to achieve their potential and achieve the goal of the enterprise.This study takes S university graduates as an example to investigate the evaluation of employability of the employers to the graduates of S, mainly including the need degree and the satisfaction degree for employability. Study the evaluation of employability of different employers and different evaluation staff on different gender graduates, different political landscape graduates, different education level garduates,different kind of work and different working-age graduates. I hope to have a comprehensive and in-depth understanding of employability of college graduates.The Study found that employers of graduates’ need higher degree of ten abilities.They were responsibility, initiative, problem solving ability, self-motivation,professional ethics, pressure processing ability, team cooperation ability,independently working and learning, self-management, sincere.The employers of graduates has higher degree of satisfaction of the ten employabilities. They were sincere, professional ethics, self-motivation, responsibility,pressure processing, values, problem-solving ability, independently working and learning, self-management, team cooperation ability.There are ten kinds of employability has the larger difference between the evaluation of the need for employability and the satisfaction of employability. They are initiative, oral expression ability, solve problem ability, responsibility sense and strategic thinking, innovation, team cooperation ability, independently working and learning, management and leadership, pressure.Research institutes on the need degree of employability for graduates is significantly higher than the level of state enterprises, private enterprises. There is no significant difference between the human resources department and the non-human resources department on the need degree of the employability. There is no significant difference between male graduates and female graduates on the need degree of the employability. There is no significant difference on graduates who has differentpolitical landscapes on the need degree of the employability. There is no significant difference on graduates who has different kinds of work on the need degree of the employability. There is no significant difference on graduates who has different woring ages on the need degree of the employability.The degree of satisfaction of scientific research institutes to graduates’ employability is significantly higher than that of state owned enterprises and private enterprises. The satisfaction degree of employability of the foreign capital enterprise and the state-owned enterprise is higher than that of the private enterprise. The non human resources department is significantly higher than the human resources department to the degree of satisfaction of the graduates’ employability. There is no significant difference in the degree of satisfaction of employability to the male and female graduates. There is no significant difference between the non party members of the party members on the satisfaction degree of employability. The satisfaction degree of employability to the PhD graduates is significantly higher than that of the graduates and Undergraduates. There is no significant difference in the degree of satisfaction of employability of graduates with different job characteristics. The employability satisfaction degree of graduates who has work 6-10 years is significantly higher than the working age of 1-3, less than 1 years of graduates. The employability satisfaction degree of graduates who has work 6-10 years is significantly higher than that gradustes whose working age is less than 1 years of graduates.
