| The harsh status of Graduates Employment which attracts many scholars in many areas is an indisputable fact, but also an issue difficult to resolve in recently. Many reasons are mentioned, such as higher education system is imperfect, job market information asymmetries, the affect from the bad qualities of the graduates themselves. But in recent years, the emergence of "employment gap" denied all these reasons, moreover,compared with other countries,the level of our higher education is low, even the the number of college students in our country is less than the average of world. This also denied the saying that college expansion brought the employment pressure.In summary, I believe that, the main reason causes the harsh status of graduates employment and causes the "employment gap" is that the employability of graduates does not match the needs of employers.Therefore, this study will focus on the survey of recruiters, trying to find what are the deficiencies between the employability demand from recruiters and graduates,and also evaluate the employability of graduates who have already been employed.In practice, firstly, I collacted and reviewed the literature domestic and international about employability of graduates, then,I concluded and built my "Employability of Graduates Model" as the basis for the preparation to write out the questionnaire survey "the employability of graduates(enterprise edition)",120 questionnaires were distributed, valid questionnaires 106, the rate returning is 88.3%.After the statistical analysis of the survey,and comparing with other scholars' research, I came to four conclusions of the study:the moral literacy of graduates needs to be improved, poor stress resistance, and poor self-regulation,lack of self-awareness.And then I provide the corresponding suggestions:emphasis on moral education in schools, improve ideological and moral cultivation; strengthen the management of internship, shortening the distance from the classroom to the factory; improve the career guidance module in university, help graduate plan his personal career life. |
