Research On The Construction Of Learning City In Qufu City

As the main contents of the construction of the learning society, the requirement of city modernization and a necessity for the construction of a well-off society, the learning city’s construction has become the main stream of the development of future city in an all-round way,the Learning city’s construction has become the trend of the development of the future city.Putting forward the development strategy of Learning city can not only respond to the demands of the development of the life-long education learning society’s construction, but also depict the good blueprint for the future urban development. Therefore, the construction of the learning city is of great significance in promoting city vitality, enhancing the comprehensive competitiveness of the city and to ensure the sustainable development of cities. At present, the construction of learning city has been in Beijing, Shanghai, Tianjin, Changzhou, Taiyuan, Kunshan and other cities, and they all have achieved good construction effect. However, the research on the development of the learning city is more concentrated on big cities, and the results of the study on the construction of small and medium-sized cities are relatively few. Qufu serves as the birthplace of Confucian culture, the famous Oriental culture the holy city, its unique characteristics of cultural development provides a congenital advantage, makes Qufu have the necessity and feasibility of building a learning city.Firstly, this article analyzes and defines the related concept of the learning city, and summarizes the common characteristics of the learning city: the universality of learning concept;the total and permanent study behavior; the equality of the opportunity to learn; the social learning system; the innovative learning methods; the harmony of interpersonal environment.Secondly, through field investigation and interviews, it collects the firsthand materials about the present situation of Qufu’s development, then sorts and analyzes the data systematically; Thirdly,through the survey results, it objectively and rationally analyzes the necessity and the present condition of construction. Finally, combining with the field survey and the interview results, it tentatively puts forward the path of the learning city’s construction: clearing the construction goals of the learning city; vigorously improving the city’s lifelong education system; showing the features of the advantage of Confucian culture; playing the radiating and driving play of tourist city; developing and expanding the learning organization in the city; building the culture atmosphere of lifelong learning; exploring the learning mechanism of the city.
