With the deepening of the curriculum reform in our country, more and more emphasized in the teaching idea of quality education as the core. And for chemistry is concerned, after the new curriculum reform, for the teaching of chemistry curriculum goals,curriculum structure, curriculum content and so on are put forward higher requirements,especially in the aspect of experiment, further highlighting the important role of experiment in chemistry teaching compared to before, more attention to the cultivation of chemistry experimental ability. Stage of normal education in colleges and universities is to students for professional preparation and the stages of learning, lay the groundwork for future normal students to become a qualified teacher, the key is the initial formation of teachers’ professional knowledge and ability, is to lay a foundation for teacher professional development as the primary stage of foundation, the quality of the normal education will directly decide the quality of the new teachers and a direct impact on the development of the teachers in the future.The integrated use of literature study, questionnaire method offered in institutions of higher learning in Chemistry Pedagogy Experiment Course, reform, a new educational model: Previewâ†'discussâ†'experimental operation and preparationâ†'to write Mini lesson planâ†'Presentations practice â†'independently designed experiments,through this teaching mode to develop the experimental teaching ability of normal students, and through the method of questionnaire and classroom observation for 2012 and 2013 level chemistry students in Normal University experimental teaching ability of in-depth investigation and analysis, puts forward suggestions for reform of chemistry experiment teaching theory.The main four conclusions are as follows:(1) In general, through the new mode of experimental teaching of chemistry experiment, the experimental teaching ability of normal students is higher than that of normal students without learning.(2)Although the overall level of experimental teaching ability of normal university students has been improved, but the distance is good to master the ability of chemical experiment teaching. There is still a certain gap between the requirements of the new curriculum standard.(3)According to the investigation of the seven experimental teaching ability,There are obvious obvious differences in the experimental teaching abilities of the 2013 normal students before and after the experiment.(4)The level of experimental teaching ability of students of grade 2013 is higher than the level of 2012, because the teaching effect is more ideal under the condition of small class size.
