In recent years, as the new basic education curriculum reform is deepening, teaching faces to the unprecedented challenges firstly. Whether the teachers, as the first line of the implementation of the education reform, have the corresponding basic abilities in Teaching to implement the curriculum reform, can be a key to the success of reformation. Therefore, experts and scholars are starting in different angles to explore how to improve the in-service teachers'teaching ability, but how the normal students--- the main force of the future teachers in the high school division to form the professional basic abilities in teaching to fit with the basic requirements of the teaching ability during the studying in school is not thorough or enough. The new curriculum reformation not only asks more from the new teachers, but also makes them to face challenges. The formation of normal students'basic abilities in teaching is good for them to adapt for the teaching job and playing a very important role in the promotion of the new curriculum reformation. So the normal Colleges asa situation for training the initial teachers should link up with the new curriculum reformation to reform the original curriculum and teaching methods initiatively, and train the students to have the basic abilities in teaching to adapt to the new requirements of the curriculum reformation.Under the background of new curriculum, what kind of basic abilities in Teaching Should be gotten? How about normal students'basic abilities in teaching nowadays? What is the problem during the training? What should the normal colleges carry out for training the students'basic abilities in Teaching? These are what this paper try to resolve out. The methods of this article are mainly literature, interviews, questionnaire survey. The article is divided into four parts:The first part is Introduction which spreads out not only main related researches and studies, but also some necessary additional information in order to facilitate the drafting.In the second part of the context, the structure of the students'basic abilities in teaching under the background of new curriculum is established. Based on the interpretation of the curriculum reform, the requirement and challenge of the students'basic abilities in teaching come out. Combined with the foundation of capacity, adaptability, professional and the characteristics of the times, the structure of the students'basic abilities in teaching shows up and includes basic abilities, practicing skill and developing skill in teaching.In the third part, the training status of the Guangxi Normal students'basic abilities in teaching is analyzed by questionnaires, interviews in Guangxi Normal University, Guangxi Normal College, Yulin normal College senior high studentsThe result shows that the current normal students have not set up the modern ideas of education and their basic abilities in teaching is still rather weak, that the students'basic abilities in teaching is still comparatively weak. And three reasons are showed up. They are unreasonable educational theory courses make students lack of educational scientific theories; unreasonable teaching skills training courses make students lack of solid teaching skills; weak link in educational practice make students lack of adequate teaching experience.the fourth part spreads out the proposals to train normal students'basic abilities in teaching under the new curriculum reform back ground. To address the issues raised, the proposals are put forward from the settings and implementing of the theoretical courses, the educational skills training courses, the educational practice courses. And the ideas of new curriculum are asked to implement to fit with the requirements of the new curriculum reformation.
