Teachers’ survival condition is refers to the teacher in the daily life and work presented by the state, teachers’ survival conditions as the process of teachers’ technical growth, their quality is immediately influences the teachers’ technical growth status, thus influence and even determine the education the improvement of teaching quality. Then, how about a survival condition of the elementary school teacher? Analyzed from a perspective of the philosophy of life, there is what problem? What causes these problems? What is the ideal pursuit of state teachers live? How to realize the ideal? This is the main idea of this study and focus on the research and probe into the issue. On the basis of documents and questionnaire to learn from others, selection of the X H county town center primary school, Y town central primary school and Z town central elementary school of a school teacher respectively, to the survival state of interview and questionnaire, find problems, analyze reasons of its existence, and effectively achieve the elementary school teachers’ survival condition ideal pursuit, to help teachers set up the correct life values, and realize the good vision of elementary school teachers idyllic habitation has important reference and edification meaning.This topic research mainly divided into five parts.The first part is from the paper selected topic reason, the significance of the research and at home and abroad about the current situation of teachers’ survival condition were reviewed, and elaborates the research methods and ideas.The second part is on teachers’ survival condition and their characterization and elaborate the main implication of life philosophy.The third part mainly adopts the methods of literature and questionnaire, respectively for X H county town central primary school, Y town central primary school and Z town central primary school the three school part of the primary school teachers were investigated.The fourth part is the problems existing in the elementary school teachers’ survival condition and the reason analysis. Find the following problems: Firstly, the elementary school teachers ’professional accomplishment overall performance is not high; Secondly, the elementary school teachers’ professional identity is low; Thirdly, the elementary school teachers’ professional happiness needs to be improved; Lastly, the elementary school teachers’ self-efficacy is not very ideal. And the problem existed in the reason analysis: One is that the teacher himself factors; Second is that the school level factors; Three is that social dimension factors; Four is, parents of students factors.The fifth part is the life philosophy of the ideal pursuit of elementary school teachers’ survival conditions. This section is mainly in view of the previously mentioned the problemsexisting in the elementary school teachers’ survival condition to carry on the corresponding analysis. The author respectively puts forward the there corresponding ideal pursue: One is the teachers should establish a scientific life view and values, the pursuit of uniqueness and transcendence of life education; The second is school to strengthen the humanistic care,providing institutional guarantee for teacher professional development; Three is to build strong social respect from atmosphere, social value identity of teacher of ascension.
